1988 IROC Conv. Nice Survivor 53K 5 Speed
I have a 1988 IROC Conv 5 speed for sale. Outstanding survivor condtion. 53xxx miles. 305 TBI. Amazing original condition. 12000.00 734-751-0700. Only thing not original is a new distributer, tires, Camaro black grille, and battery. Has been a show car and nice day driver. Nice interior: no cracks on dash, no tears in the seats, no tears in the carpeting. Only paint was a rocker panel spray due to orange peeling and new IROC door stickers. rest is original as reported by previous owner. Paint shines very nicely and does have some light chips and markings as you would expect of a lightly driven 25 year car. I had an ipod adapter installed in the original radio. Only a small jack shows. Carfax is clean. Title is clear. I am the 3rd owner since April 2010. Only selling because I have a slew of cars and purchased anothr at an auto auction and this is the odd man out. Car has been nicely driven.
Minor issues (most are for the perfectionist)
Minor issues (most are for the perfectionist)
- golf ball sized ding on passenger fender.
- Needs o rings. Has the GM salute (smoke at start up). Goes away right away and does not smoke after that.
- One wheel center cap is cracked
- The carpeting is faded as expected in a conv. a stain in the back.
- The convert latch release in the back is missing the trim molding piece that I have been searching for since I owned it.
- The rear spoiler is very lightly loose on the passenger side. I took it off and the connector on that side is broken. It is on fine but worth mentioning.
- Conv top has some fade but no rips or leaking. THe back window is fogging but not dried out or cracking. Could use a new window to look better.
