People can find out where you live by the license place number. I really don't want to pull the judge out. I'll put some pictures up

 

You can find out where people live by your email address, forum name, etc. It is not hard.

For me, if people hide license plates or VIN numbers, I just avoid the car..

Has a car ever sold that had a pic with a thumb over the license plate? I say no.

You can always put a rag over the plate or simply pull it down. I'd dump the thumb pic though, it irritates people.

I do not think so. I brought my nearly mint 92 z28 with 59k miles for $8k August 2019.

Do you cover the license plates when you drive and or park the car?

 

I am not trying to dis the car, but the price is too high in my opinion. I purchased a 1985 Iroc L69 in May of 2020 for $6K (all original but paint). It needed a headliner, driver seat bolster repair and carpet. Had been repainted with a good paint job. I would say the offer of $5k is a fair one for what the car is.

 

Take the $5k. Prices will drop more with winter coming up.
