Just keep looking and you'll be sure to ind exactly what you are looking for, for the budget you are prepared to spend. Mine was $700 if I recall correctly. She's a work in progress. Longer than a expected but a work in progress nonetheless. Good luck and keep us posted on your purchase.
Re: 3rd gen camaro cost
I've seen Camaros sell for $200, $300, and up. Some were even running at the time. It all depends upon the person selling it and their circumstances. Some might have just gotten a new car, have too many cars and need to get rid of something, a son or daughter might have gone off to college and have a newer car, gonme into the armed forces, maybe aren't coming back, or it's just sitting around in a barn garage or on their property, not running, or even a project car that they've lost intrest in or no longer have the money or a job to continue pursuing it. I think the cheapest price I've seen for a Camaro was around $150.00, ( and Naturally when I looked into it, it was already sold ). Bummer for me but somebody was happy. LOL
Somebody on one of the threads in here got a Firebird for $50.00 bucks. A white one thatr was running and looking good. How cool was that?
Like it's been said, you just have to shop around. be patient, and saying a little prayer first doesn't hurt. See what;s out there. See if they are willing to make a deal. They may just need the space and just want to get a little something out of it just to see it gone, and that can work out to your advantage. Good things happen to good people.
Best wishes on your search. Your dream car is out there. *S*
