I don't want to get people too excited. I am guaging interest in picking up a 3rd gen. I am currently buying a house, have a young child and have some things going on, so my finances are bouncing around a bit.

I am in Charleston, SC, willing to travel pretty far for a decent car.

But I definitely want a 3rd gen, always browsing.

Things I am browsing for.

No rust, , Good body, T-tops, preferably an Iroc Z, or Z28.

Bonus points if Blue, silver, gunmetal.

Still like Yellow, black, dark green, willing to consider red, turqoise if the project is right.


I highly prefer manual transmission, bonus points for anything with a 6-speed, and 350-400 hp range, and very streetable, near DD streetable. No real concern for MPG.


I am not against a car that will be a project (bad paint, 305/auto) but obviously price will reflect, wouldn't mind an LSx/6-speed, full suspension/brakes, great paint car, but I am likely not looking at anything for $4500+


Once again, my main reason for putting this out is some cars pop up in the area, I'd probably ****** up but a reason comes up. Would like a heads up for the sellers browsing the thread.

Just shopping around here and craigslist in the last 2 weeks, found 2 cars I would buy, if I wasn't working, moving, buying house, at the moment I don't need to throw in a project right off that bat as well.
