Yellow Iroc
I am looking for a nice stock and original yellow Iroc.
I can spend 10,000 on a good example.
I am open to all 3 years and 305/350 are both OK.
I would like TPI.
I am open to all interior colors as well, although I am partial to the tan
Please let me know what you have, I am ready to buy!\

Re: Yellow Iroc
I may know of one locally. It's an '86 with TPI and black interior. Maybe 70-ish K miles. Body and paint very rough, will need bodywork and paint for sure. But ALL ORIGINAL, owned by the same lady since new.
Probably could be gotten for cheap. Let me know if interested, and I'll try to dig up her number.

Yes, please do.
I'd be willing to travel for the right one.
Mine is a 1986 with TPI, so I know ALL about them

Re: Yellow Iroc
Here's one. Long way from you, needs work, but looks solid. You could probably get it bought and shipped for around $4000. Put another $4000 or so in it and you would have something really nice.

Re: Yellow Iroc
BTW Nuff, still waiting on that '86. The fact that they're not calling me back, probably means it already sold.

Re: Yellow Iroc
Everything you said, I said as well. That is funny
I mentioned the headliner, stripes, and wheels.
I too think the TPI Z28s are cool and unique. If I got this one, I'd like the GFX silver again. I can't say I wouldn't put my yellow Iroc wheels on it though...... HMMMM
My friend and I both emailed him. No response

Re: Yellow Iroc
Cool.
Thanks man.
I THINK I want one closer to "done". Not sure how much of a mood I am to "build" another thirdgen right now.
In other news I found the local one with only 18,000 miles on it over the weekend.
He has the original wheels and tires stored inside and the ONLY things changed are the fluids and the battery(replaced with AC Delco)
It is MINT as can be. Also has the original window sticker, finance agreement, and inspections, etc.
IT IS AWESOME, but he is asking 20k!!!!!
He asked me to put it for sale here so if anyone is interested(because I can't afford it) it is
1985 Yellow Iroc
black interior
vinyl seats
aluminum rear drums
t-tops
manual windows
MINT!
I'll start a thread soon.
