Looking for my dads old 83 Iroc

im located in long island new york. ive been looking for my dads old car forever and this is a serious long shot. its a 1983 iroc. He sold it about 17 years ago to a buddy of his and he took the motor out and sold it again. it had the black paint and gold ground effects. car has a 6 point cage and t tops. it was set up for a drag car so thats what i imagine it might be today. if anyone knows anything lemme know.

Your ok, its just hard to find a car that doesn't exist, i hope that you can find your dads od car, i would check your dads old insurance company and see if they kept the vin number in their records, if they did then go to any dealer ship anywhere or look it up online and find out who the car is registered to now, or if it was... totaled long ago, if you get that far, search their name on google and try to find a phone number, very easy to do, but can be time consuming.
