Hello all,
Looking for a CLEAN AND LEAST AMOUNT OF RUST Camaro. Preferably an Iroc or z28 but has to have a manual trans. No color preference or motor preference because it will be swapped to LSX.
** not looking for a 10k car, just a reliable car that I can daily drive. All I care about is if it has Rust or not, and how much rust there is.
I live in south FL but do have an enclosed trailer so I can arrange a pick up if within a 1500 mile radius.

Also if you do find a car that has either been trans or motor swapped to get the 5.7/manual combo, that the trans will hold the motor. Seen a lot of 305 5 speed cars that have had 350s swapped in and the cars are still non World Class T5s.
My '87 iroc project was a tpi manual car from the factory and i swapped in a vortec 350, but have it backed to a WC T5 out of a newer car. Im hoping if I keep my foot out of it the trans will last until I swap in a TKO 5 speed.
Yeah I knew about that, but I figured a lot of people who had manual trans had swapped motors to 5.7s. I updated the original post to widen my search, thanks fellas !

I have 1985 z for sale. Was a 5 spd car. No motor or trans, solid car, needs paint, has new slave cylinder, new sway bushings, lot parts are included, needs carpet. Headliner is perfect, seats are nice. Car has all original z parts on it.
