Looking for a blue 85 Iroc

Hi everyone,
This might be a shot in the dark, but im looking for a car that is quite special to me and my family, and started my love for these third gen Camaros. My dad had a blue 85 Iroc when I was growing up, he bought it used in the early nineties, and sold it around 2010. I don't know much about it, and lost track of it years ago. It was a bright blue 1985 Iroc, 305 TPI, automatic, non T Top car. Had the Lear Seigler contour interior. I know the last four digits of the vin, 0099. If someone knows the location of this car, or could get me in touch with the owner, It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Do a search at your state DMV and any nearby states.

Unfortunately they aren't much help, due to only knowing 4 digits of the vin, there isn't anything that I can find with the rest of the vin to check.
