this car still touches the front chin spoiler going up and down the trailer, it's low enough, I don't need some lowered ghetto cruiser that will bottom out my dual exhaust everywhere. Lowered cars don't weight transfer enough either.

so, what size/brand front tire did you end up going with? i remember you were looking for a street legal, taller tire. i too will be looking for something in the 26" range and will need a decent front street tire.

28x7.50 M/T sportsman pro, I wanted taller than 26" to help clear the trailer a little better

kinda flippy floppy on the top end you have to be smooth with the wheel I suppose is the way to put it.

how do you like that jegster torque arm? i just put an non-adjustable one in my car. i'm going to a th350 and had the ta laying around. i'm alittle concerned about the length, it's on the short side. what's the best 60' time you've been able to pull outta that?

Well IHI off the board was running 1.4s I believe out of his jegster torque arm and I know a guy who has been 1.32 on his so even though they're short they work, albeit stiff sidewall slicks seem to be needed.

heck yea, they hold up the brake lines on the front for the tubular kmember and the air bag lines for the rear. I tell people the whole car is zip ties and duct tape.

discuss?? discuss what?? the fact that its beautiful?? the fact that your exhaust is very similar to my setup but i have no h-pipe?? the fact that you TRAILER YOUR CAR!!!! BE A MAN AND GET HER ON THE ROAD!!!!!! LOL just kidding.. IMO, i just find it alot more convenient to drive it..

when they say dont mix tire types on a car, they really mean it.. 235/55-16 street tires on the front and 14psi on my 26x8.5 slicks out back, i started swaying at half track.. like really moving around.. almost feeling like its gonna get up close and personal with the guardrail.. like xpndbl3 said, you have to be smooth with the wheel..

actually drove it 300 or so miles on the street so far this year, those trailer pics were me taking it to a show about 45 minutes from my house and I didn't want the car to get dirty. Once you start breaking things at the track, you'll realize how "fun" it is to be tired and broken at the track when your 3/4 ton truck is sitting at home with a trailer just waiting because you're a "man" and drove it. Besides I get better gas mileage trailering than I do driving.

I always loved your color, I am torn between a similiar blue or white for my next paint job. I love blue and all, white screams clean, but too many people have white cars and my car is not an ordinary car.

$10k gets you were I am today.(Does not include price of car ) I am sure you doubled me even tripled it.

well i run a drag radial, so the sidewall should be fine. that's definitely good to hear.

great work on the car as always too!

around 24k or so, haven't added up receipts yet, but after the next motor project I'll probably deduct 2k for this long block, but add 5k for the next combo So just under 30k with no labor costs figured in since I did all the work myself, besides paint of course.

thanks again, I'm running -2 pinion angle with chro moly tubular rod ended pieces that you see on the car and it seems to work best with that angle.

Re: 2 new pics that really show off the paint

Should use photobucket to host pics rather then cardomain. You won't get that stupid tag in the corner of the pic.

Looks really good. How much was that torque arm? Can you use that with different rears or?

torque arm is for 10 bolt, 12 bolt, and 9" IIRC. $349 i believe for the adjustable one, check out www.jegs.com it's their house brand.

I don't feel like opening a photobucket account when cardomain is already setup

mine is "set" a little softer than that at -1*, though i can't really do anything about it as it's an OOOOLLLDDD non-adjustable unit. my dad bought it 7 years ago, ran it for 1 season and went to a spohn. i got it for free, i hope it works well enough for long enough till i can get the cash up for a BMR Trak Pak

actually drove it 300 or so miles on the street so far this year, those trailer pics were me taking it to a show about 45 minutes from my house and I didn't want the car to get dirty. Once you start breaking things at the track, you'll realize how "fun" it is to be tired and broken at the track when your 3/4 ton truck is sitting at home with a trailer just waiting because you're a "man" and drove it. Besides I get better gas mileage trailering than I do driving.
lol i was thinking when i looked at these pics that ive never seen pics of your car out of you driveway... looks very nice though btw.

14.2 at 92mph better? Don't post times because I like going to the track and setting up grudge matches against other people, still leaves some suspense out there to see how I stack up.
