Are 84's now emissions exepted?

I picked up a 84 jimmy is it emissions exempted?

Yes it should be as last year was for testing even numbers. So yours being a 84 you should be good to go when your recieve your renewal statement for your sticker this year.

Mine is an '84 too and I believe that it IS exempt. Last summer (2003) I was driving my '83 C10 Lowryder and it was exempt.
