waste. The sound input power has no effect on the final output power of an amp. At best that might work simalar to a line driver but sound bad.

Transmission: rebuilt stock tranny, b&m shiftkit

Don't do it you will smoke the inputs of the 2nd amp. BTW who thought about this idea anyways?

bad idea ..... just buy one GOOD amp and do that. if you already have the amps, dont do it.
