Does anyone know where I could get my hands on a wiring diagram for the STOCK GM colors for a 1992 Camaro RS? I hooked up my JVC, but too Pioneer colors that someone knew how to code to the stock wires before me. I some how managed to get it right, except the front and rear wires are reversed, but I can deal with it.

What I want to do is find out what all the different stock GM wires mean to match to my JVC reciever, I think it will sound better.

Why dont you just get a kit that will fit with the stock plug in? That is what I did.

As far as I've seen, only the plug changed, not the wires, in '90, so:

ground wire, black
headlight dim, gray
power antenna, poink
+12volt ignition, yellow
+12volt battery (memory), orange

left front speaker -, light gray
left front speaker +, tan

right front speaker -, light green
right front speaker +, dark green

right rear speaker -, light blue
right rear speaker +, dark blue

left rear speaker -, yellow
left rear speaker +, brown
