my premier headunit has an aux option much like the multi-cd that you can turn on and off...........what is it for???

i wanted to hook up my laptop to play mp3's........i thought it was an aux input; but there doesn't seem to be any inputs on the back!

someone must know what this is for, i've checked their webpage and i don't have instructions so i'm a total loss........

so no one on here owns a premier or pioneer car stereo with an aux mode/option????

you have to buy another piece for the IP-BUS.

CD-RB10

or

CD-RB20

I would seriously recommend going with the rb20 so if you ever want to add a cd changer you can w/o having to change units (since it has an additinal input option so you can use both AUX and multi -cd).

lol, Yep there are no RCA inputs until you add that, it was a big downer for me too cause i wanted it right then and there, but i will be picking up one so i can finish up with mine, laptop =15 inch LCD DVD watching.

you can also plug in just an mp3 player or mini disc player into your HU
