Deck isn't working

Alright, I was hooking up an amp that I found for $25 bucks, an Orion Cobalt 420. I was hooking it up to my JVC El Kamilion deck. Both the amp and deck were working fine, but then I hooked it up to my JL 12W3 sub to see how the amp would push it. The amp had power, then I plugged in the RCA cables. It worked for a couple seconds, then the deck started turning on and off again. Finnaly it just shut down and wouldn't turn on again. I checked the fuse pannel, and the fuse is good. Then I checked both power wires, they both have power. Is there an internal fuse inside the deck that might be blown? I didn't see one on the outside. Oh, one more thing I will add. I just put in this high pass blocker that I bought at a local electronics place that blocks anything above 100 hz. Because the amp didn't have anything that will block the high stuff.

There is a fuse on the radio. Take out the harness and there will be a 15A fuse there. A don’t think this is your problem.
