Looks good. I like the desgin of the installation kit. Makes it look more flush. It doesn't seem to stick out much...how much would you say it protrudes?

Did you have to modify the rear compartment to fit the changer back there?? I think mine may be a little too large to fit back there. It's an older model Sony.

it sticks out just a little. about 1/2". no mods to the rear glovebox were required. i just laid the cd changer in there and ran the cables to it. it is five years old btw

Looks pretty cool - what sony cd player is that - never seen that kind before??? Older models??? It looks wat better then the UFO units they have now.
Ill probably be using the same location for my changer.

the deck is an XR-C650RDS and the changer is a CDX-705. they are about four years old and were laying around so i installed them in my firebird i wonder why all new decks are so damn ugly
