I added the msd noise filter and still I got loud humming and satic. what can I do any info would be great. oh and yes I got good grounds.

Im not sure about this one - but if the wires running to your amps are near other wires - that may cause noise. Or anything electrical.
If you dont have any amps - then double check the wiring and then move to the units - HU and speakers.

And always remember one thing - when trouble shooting start with the simplest things.
