There are lots of culprits that can be causing it, do a search, you'll find tons of posts about this. The two most common are the vent in the door jamb, and the frame the speaker mounts to in your c-pillar. Weatherstripping/silicone/old rags, whatever you have handy will solve those.

Yeah I used to have the same exact problem and it annoyed the crap outta me; I tried tighting the panels down until I almost stripped the screws and it still did it. I just took some old bits of rags and kinda wedged them in between the panels and the car, and it fixed it.

One suggestion, it's a little more pricey though, get Dynamat!!! Or just surrender to the gods of rattle because there's no way to stop it!

You can buy some foam spray stuff that will cure your problems, but it's kinda messy. I think your best bet is to get speaker mounting foam, double sided foam tape, or anything similar and place it wherever you have metal meeting metal or plastic.

You can tighten the screws on those door jamb vents all the live long day, but it'll get you nowhere. The vents are flat and the door jamb is slightly concave.

The best way to find the source is just to crawl into the back seat, take the cover panels off, and listen to the speakers with the base up. The most common cause is the vent in the door jam. Take it off and cut the rubber slotted material off of the back of the plastic vent. This usually cures most of the rattle. The next most common source of rattle is the speaker vibrating against the metal surface it is mounted to. If you can't torque the screws down enough to cure the rattle, slide some form of dampening material between the speaker and the metal surface. The combination of these two steps should eliminate the problems around the speakers, themselves. However, you may have additional noise from the plastic third brake light assembly or other sources. That's why there's really no sure way to fix it without crawling around the back seat (maybe for hours). Best of luck!
