Sound deadening
Are you talking about sound-deading material with aluminum film on it, as in the diff. between Dynamat and Extreme Dynamat? if so, I have heard the difference is noticable, but I would probably get the regular stuff and use the extra money to buy a little extra. The rear wheelwells, under the plastic molding in the trunk is a HUGE problem area. Plus, if you had some extra Dynamat, you could take care of the sail panels and doors. Also, you'd be suprised at what a difference new weatherstripping around the doors/hatch can make. Even a small gap lets in an enormous amount of road noise.
