okay heres the only pics i have of my system i was in a hurry cause i kind of snuck out of comp. class with the dig. cam so i was in kind of a hurry when the snsow stops out here i will borrow my buddies cam and get better ones 2 MTX thunder 4K--> 500 watt jensen amp custom built box

What size are the subs???

Those subs look like 15's to me, but they are probably 12's being that I don't think 15's would fit in that type of box. What are they? Also: where did you put the amp??

i think they are 12's but you CAN get 15's there i saw a member that posted a really really nice pic of it. excellent setup man, even out that box carpet :rockon:

mtx audio thunder 4000 12"s
the amp is mounted under in the middle of the subat first i only built the box what u can see with the sides inclosed it hits hard but i am boing to close off the bottom for better bass

Your amp is IN the box? You sure that's good for it? Heat, rattles, etc... I'd worry more about it overheating in there than anything else, because I don't see any allowances made there for ventilation...

havent had a problem with it yet i put spacers between the amp and the wood so air can flow underneath ive had it in for about 6 months and havent had any problems or blown any fuses so far so good. i think because the underside of the box is open whan i go to enclose it i will mount the amp to the underside of that
