Audiobahn Subs with Lanzar Amp

Audiobahn Subs with Lanzar Amp
I have a Lanzar 1200D mono amp. (1200 @ 1, 750 @ 2, 400 @ 4).
I was trying to find an Audiobahn sub-woofer that would handle the amp.
AWP312Q - 12" Dual 2 Ohms and it's 1200rms - The amp is 1200rms at 1ohm. The sub and the amp should match up (power handling wise) without a problem right?
AW1006Q - 10" Dual 4 Ohms and it's 900rms - The amp is 750rms at 2ohms. Would running the amp with that sub be bad because the amp's rms rating is lower then the subs? Would it even be enough to power that sub?
