Lanzar is fine, Legacy isn't (they are very low-end). Hopefully you won't have any problems with them and will enjoy your setup.

i agree. lanzar's opti line is actually pretty good and their vibe line is a good bang-for-buck. vibrant line i believe is on the junk side and (sorry) legacy is junk. but good luck to you

I agree. I have the Vibe and Vibrant line I sell, and I souldn't have this opinion, but the Vibrant just looks like it's not that good. Has a retro look to it. Has more bling than bang, lol. But then I don't have any here hooked up to put them to the test lol.

When I used to sell Lanzar, it was top notch stuff. After Pyramid bought them (the same company that makes Legacy), the quality of some of their lines sank. Some of their stuff is still good, but none of it is of the caliber it was back in the mid 90s. The low end Lanzar is pure sh*t, as is everything from Legacy.

If you're looking for a low priced budget system, there are alternatives to settling for the low quality flea market crap that's out there.

Sony seems to be more bling than bang. A guy in my club has to older Xplod 12's pushed with an Autotek amp. Sounds ok, but not as good as Sony proclaims thier stuff to be. I know from expereince the head units sucked a bit, lol. But everyone has thier own issues or none at all. Just everyone I have come across was bad with a burnt channel, bad VC's in speakers and so on.

I had a 1000 watt Legacy Amp and had no problems with it....

It's just that it says 1000 watts, but I can guarantee you that you are getting nowhere near that, and the quality of the bass is drastically reduced...

But the actual amp held up well with no problems...

Same here with the Legacy...Mine works awesome and has held up, But I am pretty sure its not pushing near its 1400 watt power... Its still enough to have loose change flying 2 inches out of the console when it was in the van I was driving...Now I am selling my amp, subs, and box..I just want nice highs in the Z28
