Question on how to properly wire speakers????
I heard that your suppose to run your speaker wires along the opposite side that your amp power cable is ran. Is this true?? And should the speaker wires be kept the same length as one another?? Meaning if I run my speaker wires down the passenger side the driver side rear will require more wire than the passenger (obvious right??) But should I have the passenger speaker wire the same length??

I'm assuming you're using an amp in the rear to power speakers in the front or vice versa.
connect the front and the rear factory wires together at the HU, then connect the amp to all four speakers at the speaker location which it is closest to.
be sure to disconnect those wires from the HU
using the same length wires can be fun, but since electrical power travels through copper at the speed of light, you would experience hardly any phase shifting between your left and right channels. you can consider loss, unless you are running your wires around your car several times, you need not worry about loss through the wire.
running high level speaker wires with the power cable is not recomended, but I've seen some get away with it. you never want to run an RCA cable with the power wires, even if it's well shielded.
run your wires at least 12 inches from the power wiring if you have no choice for sides.

I have the gamma speaker wire. I have the power cord for my amp running down the driverside and already purchased a 17ft 4ch RCA cable for the amp for my new stereo I'm about to install (still have the stock stereo in) but now I'm not sure if 17ft will be long enough. I want to mount the amp where the storage box is on the driver side rear hatch. I'm not sure if 17ft will be enough to run it from there and down the passanger side. I originally planned on running it down the driver side but forgot about the power cable being ran there. Do you guys think 17ft will be enough to run it down the passenger side??

17 feet? YES! ......now stop asking questions and get to work!
take the time to remove or partialy remove panels and carpeting, run the wires right under the carpet in the rear.
