powering question

hopefully later this week i will be ordering these:

http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S...=1&cc=01&avf=Y

original plan was gonna use a 800.4 amp that puts out 100x4channels but those are only rated for 90 watts so i dunno if i shoudl downgrade my amp or will it be safe.

here is the amp i want to use:

also i was wanting the 600.1 from kicker. was gonna order that from sound domain but i dont see it in there selection anymore. did kicker stop making it or what? is it just that they are out? will they have more soon.

your 800.4 will work fine, just be careful with the gains, if youre scared of frying the speakers set the gains a little lower, and keep the volume at a reasonable level. I find it more practical to have more power than not enough.

very true...its better to have more than enough power than not enough. keep the gains down. those kickers can handle more than 100 rms anyway
