Great looking box for hatch
I wanted to get rid of the plastic piece at the back of our hatch just so its one less thing to worry about, So i stumbled apon this site
http://www.subthump.com/acamarowell.htm
Altho offering nothing for 3rd gens, still the ideas are very well done. I am thinking of getting 2 10's in a ported box, much like this one:
except with the subs on the outsides and 2 ports right in the middle, also I want to make a box to hold my amp and possibly a cap, this box will sorta attach to the sub box, and go back to my rear seats.
Just wanted to know if I listen to lots of music with bass, such as:
Disturbed, Linkin Park, Some Korn, and every once in a while i listen to some rap just for the bass.
Any ideas, on a combo of 2 10's and an amp to power them??
I prefer clarity over loudness, but I would really like to rattle the windows of my house. Just my Kenwood 350watt amp, and 2 12's JL subs in a dual ported box can do this.. whats your ideas?

actually they have a few for 3rd gens heres one
I think it fits ok, guess I'll see how mine goes, I may install it flush under the 2nd hump part there, and actually build a little box to hide the wires to the hatch.. who knows. any ideas of these ideas as well, I know lots of people have installed boxes, But I havn't seen many take out the rear plastic....
