Car: 1986 camaro, 1993 nissan altima(winter beater, 1992 mustang (summer daily driver)
Engine: 350tpi
Transmission: 700r4 with shift kit
**** or Type R???

Anybody hear ever heard the power acoustik **** series sub??? I know that Ive heard some pretty decent things about both just wanted some opinions I can get them both for about the same amount opinions thoughts whatever you got lets hear it .

***** will get a lot louder SPL wise in the right box....im not too sure about their SQ though, but i know they're a very reasonably priced woofer for the performance you get out of it

How bout as far as overall sound quality I dont want to get the ***** if they are just gonna be lound but sound like crap.

they wont sound like crap but i dont think they'll be quite as good as the type r's. Personally i would get the ***** because they would sound very decent and get very very loud, but if you need that extra edge in SQ the type r is the way to go. Either way you cant go wrong
