Orion HCCA 225 Qs
I have 2 orion xtr3 dvc subs and the orion hcca 225 and would like to know if anyone has the manual. I hear the amp is .5 ohm stable right know i have it wired one sub on each channel with the vc in parrallel any help would be great. btw the amp is about 5 yrs old. thanks

that amp is a f*cking monster.
Just make sure you have adequate ventilation for the amp, then parallel wire the 3 subs. If those subs are dual 4 ohm coils, you can get a nice 1 ohm load for that amp.

Yeah the amp does vibrate my car to death but I want more power if I can get it and I have two dvc subs 4 ohm. Right now the 2 amps I have are mounted on the floor under the box in the cargo compartment I built the box leaving room there for the amps so they wouldnt be seen. Think I should put a fan under there as well or maybe a port hole in my box its completly sealed now dont know if the subs are meant for a ported or sealed enclosure. Orion XTR3 subs

just porting a previously sealed box won't help anything. It'll just make a sloppy sounding mess.
The volume requirements for a ported configuration are much different (larger) than the same sub in a sealed setup.
