6 1/2in even worth it???

Hey guys I have a brandnew set of pioneer 6 1/2in speakers and a new 200 watt amp to drive them. I was wondering if it woudl even be worth my time making boxes for them or if I should just hook the amp up to my 6x9's instead?? thanks

any speaker will perform better in an actual enclosure. however, it becomes less important when the speaker plays higher notes. If you're planning on using the 6 1/2s for bass, then it probably wouldnt be worth it but if they are midrange then you will probably notice a fairly large difference in clarity as they will be getting cleaner power from the amp as compared to deck power.

hook up all the speakers! if its a 2 channel then you'll just have to increase the ohm load
