kicker good or bad?
ok i was wondering if kicker makes decent or good subs. theres a audio store that has a deal goin for 2 10" kickers for $100 or 2 "12" kickers for $120. will these speakers sound decent?
I would go with the 10's. I assume these are the "comp" series. I think you would get more of the full potential of the subs due to the limited size of box you can fit in a 3rd gen. Kicker makes good stuf that I would say is in the top 10% of car audio comanies. Just keep in mind this (if these are comps) is there entry level subs.

Since I doubt the comps have changed much over the years, the 12s typically call for 1.5-1.75 cubic feet each. They sound good in 1.5 cubes, and that's easily achievable with the space available in a thirdgen.
