Fixing my pwr. antena
The antena stoped working, so I took it apart and the plastic thing that pulls it down was broken.
Do you guys think that a GM kit to fix it is worth the money & time or should I just buy a new antena. t
The motor works because I can hear it every time I turn the car on or off. But Im woried that it might die as soon as I fix the other portion of the sistem.
& how do I know if the antena is an original, I dont want to buy a kit from GM and then find out that it dosnt fit the antena that I have.
I this post in the right place or should it be moved?

There is a kit to fix your problem. I don't know the part # but search here and in the electronics form. You may try Top Down Solutions, there a board sponsor as well.
