tube wiring help please

I just bought an amplified electra bass tube on ebay. I know it may not sound the best but it was only 15 dollars so i decided to get it. Anyways it has four wire terminals in the back that say 12v, GND, IN+positive, and IN-negative. So i understand that the 12v is the power to the battery, and that I ground a wire from the GND but what do I do with the IN+ and the IN-? Do I run wires to them from the rear speakers and if so, do i run the positive from one of the rear speakers and the negative from the other rear speaker?Or do i somehow just run them from the headunit? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i wouldnt wire it across the channels.. but i dont see why you couldnt wire it to one of the rear channels.

if anything put it back on ebay for $30 or $40 and make a profit

Thanks for the help Saigon_Bob I hooked it up to one of my speakers and the subwoofer and all of the speakers in my car wouldn't work, so i unhooked the subwoofer and all the speakers worked again. So i hooked up the subwoofer again with just the positive and all the speakers and the subwoofer worked, but any time i tried to hook up the negative none of my speakers would work.So know i just have it hooked up with the positive, and it sounds pretty good. Do you know if it will cause any problems just running off of the positive?

what headunit are you running, or is there an amp involved here? it might be a weird impedance or something.

the "negative" input really isn't negative... you should need both sides hooked up, if I'm thinking and understanding you clearly.

where are you splitting the wire to send it to the subwoofer? it might be too much of a load at that once connection... did you try unhooking one of the rear speakers completely and hooking it up, or were you just splicing it ALONG WITH all 4 speakers?

I have a sony headunit. The subwoofer i hooked up has a built in amp in it.When I hooked it up I grounded a wire to the car and ran it to the ground input, then I ran another wire from a blue wire that had 12volts coming from it into the 12v input, (from the information i found searching this site i think the blue wire may have been the remote wire or something) Then I ran two wires from the subwoofers negative and positive inputs to the rear passenger side speaker, but when i tried to hook it up it would only work if I just had the positive hooked up to the speaker. I did try to hook up the subwoofer to the speaker wires without the rear speaker hooked up but it wouldn't work.

is it possible that the subwoofer has RCA inputs, or can use those + and - connections as RCA? that would solve your problem and work perfectly

The subwoofer does not have RCA inputs, but the subwoofer already works good with it just hooked up with the positive so really I don't have a problem unless just having the positive hooked up will cause some sort of problem.
