Got my subs and Amps!!

subs are 2-12" MTX Thunder 7000 with Asymetrical Linear Drive
bigger one is MTX Thunder 304...325 watts 4/2 channel
smaller one is MTX Thunder 500D...775 watts 2 channel

there about 3 years old in a box. bought em from a buddy at work who never beat on them and bought them brand new...i paid way less than i should have

i want to put htem in the back seat area...i was told having them facing down is better...but it looks ugly IMO what are your guys' experiance with mounting them that way

What do you mean by having them face down? Are you going to invert the woofers in the box?

Inverting the subs only changes the sound by increasing the volume of available space within the box (since the sub is entirely outside the box).
