How to disconnect Delco anti-theft

How to disconnect Delco anti-theft

Not 100 percent sure I got the Delco II antitheft thingy .. but it's a possibility .,. and I need to replace steering wheel plus install a different stereo ... so....

Jow do I disconnect the antitheft thingy ? (After that I know I disconnect the battery.. and then the airbag .. but ... the antitheft thingy... uhmmm that's my problem right there)

he wants to disconnect it, not unlock it, and i dont know how sorry im pretty sure its just inside the radio... and mine says on the front... and to hell if i know, mines not even in the car dip**** that had the car before me cut the stock harness and fubar'd it so i cna't put it in till i get around to buying a new harness to use my steering wheel controls (to unlock the radio and controls :-D) but im enjoying my pioneer 4700mp anyway... since the cheap kenwood deck croaked...
