Getting a Fuzz/Hum
I searched a bit but didnt find anything.
I have a problem with my rear speakers that the previous owner installed himself. Basically, after an extended period of time, i start to get a fuzzy interference when the music is on. Both Radio and CD do this. It goes away when i turn the volume all the way down, but i have to let the car sit for a while, or turn off the music for a long time for it to go away. I have an amp and subs from Audiobahn, but I never turn those on, the Amp is unplugged. The speakers in concern are the two in the back seat of the car. (yes this still happens if the amp is on too)
So what might cause a frequent fuzzy interference in a sound system in a car?

make sure your power and rcas are on different sides of the car.
check your speakers connections....
unfortunatly you wont fix it until you tear stuff apart.....

Eeehhh yeah I was afraid of that. I'll have to tear it up this weekend and look for that bad connection. As far as having power and rcas on opposite sides, what do you mean by that? See, I could care less about car audio. As long as the music quality is decent, I'm fine, I don't really care. So it's reasons like this that I was never into this aspect of the car.

I mean. The RCAs should be run on the opposite side of the car that your power wire is run. If your battery/power wire is run on the say...passenger side then you would run your rcas/remote turn on on the driver side. vice versa....
