Need stock wiring help

Well got up early today and went to the wholesale place downtown. All excited to install my new amp and deck. Get home, wire the harness to the Pioneer harness. Go out to the car and grabble to myself about how some idiot actually made money engineering the car with torx. Get it apart and guess what. SOME IDIOT HARD WIRED THE LAST CD PLAYER!

So what is the stock wire coding?

Thanks
Sean

You'll need a wiring harness from AutoZone or Wal-Mart.

These tell you what colors go to what, it's a snap.

Same thing happened to me...but I did it to myself...before I bought the car. One of my friends came to me maybe 2 years ago and asked me to wire in a CD player. He didn't feel like paying the $15 for a harness and asked me to cut it into the existing harness. Well...I got the car and kicked myself. I pulled the harness out of a 1988 Corsica (which should be the same anyway) and from there did it the right way. I'd recommend wiring in the real factory harness terminator just to ease installation/troubleshooting for the future. If you need the colors, try these:

But again...as ScrapMaker said, do it the right way.
