subs in rear locking floor question

subs in rear locking floor question
I have seen somewhere that ppl put subs in there locking floor flap peice in rear.
My question is do I need to build box under and stuff it or what?
I'm going get 2 Rockford Fosgate Punch Stage 1
10" 4-ohm Component Subwoofer cuz they r surpose to be good and only 99.99 for a pair
