Soundsplinter Premium
Can anyone tell me what they think of the soundsplinter premiums sound quality? and are they worht the 459? I was either going to get those in 12 inch, or 2 soundstream t4-12s. the soundsplinters are a bit more money so i want some reviews

you're talking about 2 15's? thatd be 470 shipped, i paid 430 shipped for my 2 12's. they sound incredible, most accurate 12's i've ever heard, and they can get really loud, i've only got about 600 watts on each one now, they'll handle around 1kw a piece, as long as you aren't clipping them.
probably the best speakers for the money, used to be you could get an ascendant avalanche for a bit more money, and those were the 2 best budget SQL woofers, but the avalanches arent sold anymore, until the new ones come out. could probably find some used ava 15's cheaper than the rl-p's, but then you've got used speakers.
dont expect to go ported though without an expensive fiberglass box, or else removing your back seats, but i love the way my rl-p's sound sealed.

looks like the prices went up since i got mine, if you buy 2 the 12's are 220 a piece, and the 15's are 245 each. singles are 239 and 269.
