Pioneer connection 1500 4600

Does anyone know if Pioneer p1500 has the same connection as p4600? I just got a beater truck with the p4600 and I was thinking of swapping the head units.

Even if they don't it shouldn't be hard to adapt one to work for the other if they're physically the same. Check out pioneer's website for manuals that contain pinouts.

Well the trucks cd player was actually a p3100. So it looks like they stay put.
