Anyone just using deck power for the factory speaker positions?

Just wondering if any of you are using deck power to supplu aftermarket speakers in the factory loacations? I have Two Fosgate 10" speakers with a Fodgate amp in the well, just wondering if a 54 X 4 watt Sony would suffice for the rest of the car. Basically 22 Watts RMS X 4. I really didint want to get into another amp.

Thanks

It will work fine but it's not going to sound the same as a nice good, clean amp. It's not going to make a major difference, it will just be one of those things. You won’t know the difference until you hear the exact same setup driven off an amp and the HU back to back.

Also, amps will be able to get louder and still sound good.
