I've been having a problem since I bought my IROC. The original owner said not to turn on the radio or the antenna wont go back down but the problem is that I can't even get the radio to work. If I press the power button several times sometimes the radio might click on then I can tune to maybe one station since my antenna wont raise and then if I let go of the power button it's gone until several more tries of the power button. I removed the radio from the dash but it is all sealed so I didin't want to tamper with it. Could this possibly be just from the fact my antenna won't rise up so the radio wont tune in?

Also, someone tampered with my antenna at work today and now it is half up and won't go down.. am I going to have to cut it off?
