Okay,I got a sweet deal on a Pioneer DEH-P3600 today.I have another thread going,but it turned into a pissing contest over speaker wire,so I'll briefly explain my goal.
I want decent sound that I can hear over my bigblock,without amps or a sub.Not audiophile sound,just something that sounds OK at a little volume.
Whats the lowdown on this reciever?My buddy bought it new in 2004,it's been in his boat since new.It may have 10 hours use on it.Is it a decent piece?I mainly bought it for the 50x4 internal power,I figure that's the route to take for my goals.

What speaker combo would anyone recomend to me?Sticking to factory speaker locations,would I be better off with 4x6s and 6x9s,or making custom plates/panels for something else?
All input is appreciated,just please don't argue with eachother about speaker wire!
