Choosing the right Amp?

i dont really know much about audio so i may sound stupid! i just bought 2 brand new 10'' bazooka's from a freind. he threw in an amp along with the deal for a total of $70. but, he said the amp is pretty weak(2 channel 150 watt). on the specs chart of the sub packaging it says the bazookas can handle 200 watts each. so does that mean i should try to get and amp that can handle 400 watts? i have know idea what is ideal with audio so someone help me out.

If you plan on using two subwoofers, that amp may be a bit weak for you. Depends on impedence of the subwoofers and of the amplifier. Will it play? Yeah, but jack it up too high and you could cause some damage. It's about self control (not a lot of us have that). If you want to get the most out of the subwoofers, consider another amplifier. If you'd rather just have a little bit more bass, then this amp may work for you.

By the way, you may want to shorten up your sig a little bit - it's gigantic.
