Has anyone updated to a larger alternator using the serpentine adapter bracket

Has anyone used any of this adapter bracket? If so how do you like it and the hood clearances?

I want to purchase one to use with my large case alternator and was concerned of hood clearances on my corvette. I switching to serpentine brackets.

Thanks again

I hadn't bought one yet, there's a guy on ebay selling them.

Not sure if it would clear the hood lines on my corvette

Before you guys pat yourself on the back too much, goldwing riders have been doing this for years. Just takes the right brackets and anything can be done. Great job.

I bought a larger HO alternator from Iraggi and it came with a bracket to make it fit. It isn't the same one as in the picture, but it works the same.
