Re: Red Carpet Sub box???

I called a local Carpet place and told them the dimensions that I needed and they cut a piece for me. I got a piece long enough to go from behind the back seats to the trunk area over my subs. Also, on that setup, I had either a 1/2" or 3/4" piece of MDF over top of the gas tank hump to keep it even with the sub box, and to keep from driving any screws into the gas tank. I fixed the wrinkles shortly after those pictures by tucking the wires away.

I know its not that close, but I forget things like that sometimes and use a 4 inch sheet metal screw like I did on a friends 4th gen Camaro.

I dont remember the exact color, it was either Carmine Red, or Burnt Red. Not to sure though. If you call a carpet place, just tell them you need to get a piece of stretch carpet in whatever length that way you can get it good and tight. They will have either samples, or a color pallet there you can pick out the color.
