Looking for suggestions

Hey all! I had a bunch of TPI parts that a buddy of mine (guy that bought my old IROC) wanted, and he has a friend at a car audio shop. So I traded a TPI swap kit essentially for these :

2 Brand-new in box 12" Kicker Comp C12 subs :

Also, Saw the old car heh.

Anyways, what I am asking, I need to get an Amp. Now each sub is rated at 150RMS (300Watts) PER sub. I plan on running it through one channel, bridged I supposed is the right term.

Now do I need an amp that is 300Watts, or 600Watts? (150RMS, 300RMS respectivly).

If I am running them together, is it still 150RMS, or each sub added together?

Based on my subs, Kicker Comp C12's (12"). What Amp specificlly would you suggest? (Model etc...) I am not looking to break the bank, something that will sound good, and get best sound from the Subs!

Thanks to all

Re: Looking for suggestions

I found a JBL 300watt Mono Amp, that I think will work good for my application.

What do you guys think?

Re: Looking for suggestions

150 RMS is continuous power input to both speakers, if you have two subs that are rated at 150 RMS, then it's 150w for both speakers and they have a max of 300w for both. The 300w amp will work, but you'll probably have the power turned all the way down to keep from blowing them.
