How to adjust power antenna? Hitting fender

Hey guys, My power antenna keeps hitting my fender and getting stuck.. I can't get the nut on, it almost seems as though the shaft is bent inside the wheelwell.. Is there any way to adjust the main housing and move it around? I'd hate to burn it out.. Any ideas? Thanks, Kp.

there is just one metal bar/shaft holding it to the body of the car. it shouldnt be that hard to loosen the bolt up and turn it a little or even bend it as little

you can get to it by taking the wheel off and the wheel well black cover thingy, then its just right there
