I have hooked up everything for my amp and it won't turn on. There is power, and the remote turn on wire is hooked up. The ground is to the seat stud on the passenger side. The only thing that I can think of why it wouldn't be working would be the ground. I know that the amp works because I just pulled it out of my 91 to stick in my 84 z28. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!!!
You may be correct about the ground. Seat studs are not good for a ground as the sealant they used for weatherproofing prevents a good ground. always ground directly to the body/chassis and sand all paint, etc from the area you ground to. also, make sure your ground wire is as short as possible.
Double check all connections with a meter, even though it looks right, even a bad fuse could prevent the proper flow of electricity. good luck.

i grounded mine to the rear passengers stud, works fine. or just cut some of the carpet away from you front pass. seat stud, i relocated it to there last week and it works, so your groumd should be fine. but yeah check the fuse and other connections
