Radio lead doesn't fit...?

I'm in the process of fixing the "mods" the P.O. did to my car, and I found an original Delco radio that works... wired up the harness, plugged it in, works great, but the antenna lead doesn't fit in the hole... it's too big. Am I smoking something, or doing something wrong? How many different antenna lead sizes are there? I've wired up several head units in cars of several makes, and I've never seen different size leads... Anybody else have this problem? And where can I find an antenna lead with the right size plug?

There are adapters available - any electronics store will have. I've seen two antenna sizes, a smaller one and a larger one.

BUT - much much cheaper on ebay if you can wait a few days for shipping - just search "GM antenna adapter".
