can subs bust t-tops?
i am in the market for purchusing some subs for my car i wan't to put 2 ten's in the trunk but if i had the bass to loud and had my t-tops straped in my trunk could it posibly shatter my t-tops? or does anyone know if this is possible lol just don't want to end up in a bad situation

no they wont...it would be pretty much impossible to bust a t-top like that, you would have to find a way to seal your car at every air gap before it could bust a t-top. and even that is unlikely

i read your post wrong...no its not going to bust a top in the trunk...its hard to get them to fit in the back with subs though youd be better off putting them in your backseat or leaving them at home.

When I was younger and dumber, I had 2 12" jl w7's being fed 2,000 rms each. It would pop the windows out of the weatherstripping, and it will even blow out the rear hatch glass, but it wont hurt your t-tops.
