I'll be one up even higher when I'm done... 5% lomo tint, cover like yours, and then locking storage lid .. it'll havve be well hidden.

I have no tint no cargo cover and no louvers. I do have two amps and a sealed box with a 10 in it all in the well and no one can see its there....

Nice setup learsieglerZ'83, what I did for mine is actually drill a series of holes through the cover in the form of a round hole.. and mount a waffle grill on the outside which is covered in speaker cloth. this way the sound will still come out clean with the lid shut. and it looks good too.

Ya that cargo cover rox! I have it on my car. I live around some a$shole people and my subs would be stolen in a heart beat if my subs were visable.
Thumbs up on the cover. You should all get it! Tint is alright but only if you cant see through it. LOL

My car came equiped with one of those. I think I might just have to use it like you did. Does it rattle at all when the subs are pounding?

so dont use the cargo cover. Cut a plate out of 1/2 inch wood to cover the well. Kinda like one of those subwoofer plates. It should sit on the bend of the gas tank and the lip of the plastic on the other side. It should fit flush . Then cut the hole middle out of the plate and cover the middle with cloth that matches your rug. there no privacy shade, no cargo cover to rattle either.
