AC DELCO-LOC

I'm currently repairing an AC-DELCO factory stereo for a fellow f-bud. Problem is, I don't know what the unlock code is. I believe that it would be the factory code, though. What is this code? I assure everyone here that I am not a sealer, than I got this stereo through perfectly legit means.

You can only get the code 2 ways. The owner will have it in their original papers maybe the owners manual papers or you have to call the dealer but they will probably want you to bring it up and without a receipt or something they might not unlock it cause they will think you stole it.

If it is a newer one try 0405. Hey, worth a try. Had the same problem in my old 86. I emailed a guy some #s and he sent me back this code which worked. I believe this was a radio from 98?
